First Fever

Well, we made it almost 9 months without a sick baby.  I'd say that is pretty good.  Yesterday I thought Ryder was teething but it turns out he had a fever.  It started in the afternoon and continued through the night.  He was at 100.4 so it wasn't super high, but man he was upset.  Needless to say, Ryder and I barely slept last night.  He wouldn't let me put him down so we slept sitting up on the couch until about 3:00 AM and then my butt was asleep so I moved into bed.  It took Ryder a long time to fall asleep and he had to be touching me and/or latched to sleep.  He still has a fever of 99.2 today but seems to be feeling better.  Hopefully tonight is a lot better!
