- Takes 6 steps on his own.
- Ryder says, "Dad, Mom, hot, up, and no." These words are still somewhat abstract but definitely what he is saying.
- Has a lot of teeth... I've stopped counting... but it includes two 1-year molars
- Gives high fives
- Likes to play "chase" around the island in our kitchen.
- Brings us books to read.
- Loves to follow his Zhu Zhu pet hamster around. He finally figured out how to push the button himself.
- Likes to squish his sippy cup onto the floor and make water go everywhere.
- Loves to play in water.
- Loves to be outside.
- Makes truck/car noises when he plays with them
- Wakes up 1-2 times a night. Sometimes sleeps from 9:00-6:00.
- Takes one 1-2 hour nap. Sometimes two 1 hour naps.
- Eats a LOT! Favorite foods: cheese, cooked carrots, Kix cereal, apples, oranges, graham crackers, meat, whatever is on our plate... because it certainly is better than what is on his.
- Loves flowers. Daffodils to be exact. Every time he sees one he has to hold it. He will hold a daffodil in his hand our entire walk.
- Laughs and smiles at pictures of babies.
- Hugs and kisses his little baby doll.
- Likes to sit on daddy's shoulders
- Dances while standing, quite possibly the cutest thing ever...
