Ryder arrived 5 days early and at just the right moment! We spent 4 days in the hospital because I had hemorraged and ended up really anemic with severely low blood pressure. I had to receive 2 bags of blood and then started to feel human again. It ended up to be a good thing because they continued to test Ryder for jaundice and he registered high biliruben levels on the last day. Since they caught it so early we were able to get a jumpstart on tracking it. We had to return to the hospital every day for a week after we came home, which was really hard for me since I still felt half-dead and had to take a wheelchair everywhere. It ended up that we had to do light therapy for a couple days to help his little body out but then all was good!
